1. Shipping Coverage
E2C-shop provides shipping services for energy storage batteries, inverters, solar energy storage products, and related accessories within the Benelux region (Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg), with selected shipping options available across other European countries.
Shipping availability depends on:
• Product category
• Product availability
• Transport regulations
• Battery transportation restrictions
• Delivery destination
• Local carrier availability
• Site accessibility and delivery conditions
If your location is outside our standard delivery area, please contact our customer service team before placing an order.
E2C-shop reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or cancel shipments to locations that are unsafe, inaccessible, restricted by transport regulations, unsuitable for pallet or hazardous goods deliveries, or not supported by available carriers.
Customers are responsible for compliance with applicable local import, export, customs, delivery, product registration, and regulatory requirements in the destination country.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note:
• Processing times may vary during holidays, peak sales periods, stock shortages, or supplier delays.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Certain products may require additional preparation, pallet packaging, transport documentation, serial number verification, or compliance checks before shipment.
• Orders containing lithium battery products may require additional transport handling procedures.
Order processing time does not include delivery transit time.
Once the order has been shipped, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information where available.
E2C-shop reserves the right to ship orders in multiple or partial shipments where necessary without additional notice.
Partial shipments do not constitute incomplete performance where remaining products are shipped separately within a reasonable time.
3. Shipping Methods
Depending on the product type and destination, E2C-shop works with different logistics partners and freight carriers.
• Small accessories may be shipped via parcel delivery services.
• Batteries, inverters, and heavy electrical equipment may be shipped through specialized freight carriers.
• Lithium battery products may require carriers experienced in regulated or hazardous goods transportation.
• Pallet deliveries may require scheduled appointments depending on the destination, carrier, and site conditions.
All transport partners are selected to support safe and compliant delivery processes.
E2C-shop is not responsible for carrier-related delays, missed delivery appointments, routing changes, transport interruptions, handling incidents, or damages occurring beyond reasonable control after shipment handover to third-party logistics providers.
Carrier terms, route limitations, delivery procedures, and handling requirements may apply in addition to this Shipping Policy.
4. Shipping Costs

Customers may be responsible for additional costs related to unsafe battery handling, specialized return transport, inspection, disposal, or regulatory requirements.
9. Ownership & Risk Transfer
Ownership of the products transfers to the customer after full payment has been received.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the provided shipping address, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
For return shipments, the customer is responsible for the products until they are safely received, inspected, and accepted by E2C-shop.
Customers are advised to use trackable and insured return shipping methods.
E2C-shop is not responsible for lost, damaged, unsafe, or improperly packaged return shipments arranged by the customer.
