2. Scope of Application
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases, orders, website access, and use of services provided through E2C-shop.
By accessing this website, placing an order, or using any services provided by E2C-shop, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
Deviating terms or conditions proposed by customers shall not apply unless expressly agreed in writing by E2C-shop.

E2C-shop offers batteries, inverters, energy storage systems, and related renewable energy products supplied through authorized manufacturers, distributors, or professional supply channels.
E2C-shop strives to ensure that all product descriptions, technical specifications, compatibility information, images, pricing, and availability details are accurate and up to date. However, errors, inaccuracies, omissions, delays, or technical inconsistencies may occur.
E2C-shop reserves the right to:
• Correct errors or inaccuracies
• Modify product information
• Update pricing
• Discontinue products
• Refuse orders resulting from incorrect information
without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on E2C-shop are shown in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on customer status, business classification, and delivery location.

Orders shall only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

If payment has already been received for a canceled order, the customer shall receive a refund for the amount paid.
5. Order Acceptance
Order confirmation emails are automatically generated and do not constitute final acceptance of the order.
A legally binding agreement shall only arise once E2C-shop has confirmed shipment or dispatch of the ordered products.
E2C-shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its reasonable discretion.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery times displayed on the website are estimates only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery commitments.
Delivery delays caused by transport providers, customs authorities, weather conditions, lithium battery transport regulations, supply chain disruptions, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control shall not result in liability for E2C-shop.
Customers are responsible for:
• Providing accurate shipping information
• Ensuring site accessibility
• Accepting deliveries where required
Additional costs caused by failed delivery attempts, incorrect information, customs issues, storage fees, or re-delivery may be charged to the customer.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the provided delivery address.
7. Installation Responsibility & Safety
Battery systems, inverters, and related electrical products contain electrical components that require proper installation, handling, operation, and maintenance.
Products sold through E2C-shop should be installed by qualified electricians or certified professionals in accordance with:
• Local electrical regulations
• Applicable safety standards
• Grid connection requirements
• Manufacturer instructions and manuals
Professional installation is strongly recommended.
High-voltage battery systems and electrical installations must not be installed, modified, serviced, opened, or repaired by unqualified persons.
Customers are solely responsible for:
• Installation compliance
• System compatibility
• Electrical safety
• Local permit requirements
• Grid connection approval where applicable
E2C-shop and E2C B.V. shall not be liable for damages, safety incidents, reduced performance, compatibility issues, or losses caused by:
• Incorrect installation
• Unauthorized modifications
• Improper use
• Incompatible components
• Failure to follow manufacturer instructions
• Violation of local regulations or standards
Improper installation or misuse may void manufacturer warranty coverage.
8. Warranty
Products sold through E2C-shop may be covered by manufacturer warranty policies subject to the conditions, exclusions, and procedures established by the respective manufacturers.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damages caused by:

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

E2C-shop acts as a reseller and warranty support facilitator and does not provide independent product performance guarantees beyond applicable legal obligations.

9. Returns & Refunds
Consumers may have statutory withdrawal rights under applicable European consumer protection laws.
Withdrawal rights may not apply to:
• Customized products
• Installed products
• Activated battery systems
• Used products
• Products damaged after delivery
• Business-to-business (B2B) transactions where excluded by law
Returns and refunds are subject to the conditions described in the Refund & Return Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, E2C-shop and E2C B.V. shall not be liable for:
