3. Warranty Eligibility
Warranty coverage may apply only where products:

• Remain identifiable through valid serial numbers
• Have been installed by qualified electricians or certified installers
• Have been installed and operated in accordance with manufacturer instructions
• Have been used under normal operating and environmental conditions
• Have not been modified, opened, or repaired without authorization

4. Installation Responsibility & Compliance

All batteries, inverters, and related electrical products sold through E2C-shop should be installed by qualified electricians or certified professionals in accordance with:

• Grid connection requirements

• Manufacturer installation manuals and operating instructions
Professional installation is strongly recommended.
Customers are solely responsible for:
• Installation compliance
• System compatibility
• Grid approval requirements
• Local permit obligations
• Electrical configuration
• Safe operation and maintenance
Improper installation, incorrect configuration, unauthorized modifications, or incompatible system integration may void warranty eligibility.
High-voltage battery systems and electrical installations must not be installed, modified, serviced, opened, or repaired by unqualified persons.
5. Warranty Does Not Cover
Warranty coverage does not apply to damages, failures, defects, or reduced performance resulting from:

7. Dead on Arrival (DOA) & Delivery Inspection
Customers are required to inspect products immediately upon delivery.
Any products arriving damaged, defective, incomplete, or visibly affected during transport must be reported to E2C-shop within 48 hours after delivery.
Customers may be required to provide:

• Shipping labels
• Delivery documentation

Failure to report transport damage or visible delivery issues within the required timeframe may affect claim eligibility where permitted by applicable law.

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Installation or labor costs
• Removal or reinstallation costs
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Data loss

• Grid disconnection losses
• Third-party service failures
• Compatibility issues
• Damages caused by improper installation or misuse
Warranty coverage is limited to repair, replacement, or manufacturer-approved remedies for the defective product only.
Total liability shall in all cases be limited to the purchase value of the relevant product unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.

E2C-shop does not independently guarantee:
• Energy production levels
• Battery lifespan
• System performance
• Electricity savings
• Financial returns
• Grid compatibility
• Continuous software availability
Performance results may vary depending on installation quality, environmental conditions, usage patterns, software configuration, grid conditions, and manufacturer updates.
13. Applicable Law
This Warranty Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable European laws remain unaffected.
